Text Messaging Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  1. Relationship to General Terms of Service. These Text Messaging Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are supplemental to, and incorporate by reference, the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of LandQuest Pro. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by both documents.
  2. Opt-In Confirmation. When you opt in to receive text messages from LandQuest Pro, you will receive a confirmation message. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive messages, you confirm that you are the subscriber to the phone number provided or have the authority to provide consent on the subscriber's behalf.
  3. Message Categories. The messages you receive may include transactional messages (such as offer details, closing updates, and document requests) and promotional messages (such as newsletters, special programs, or seller resources).
  4. Message Frequency. Promotional messages will not be sent more than four (4) times per month. Transactional messages will be sent as needed based on the status of your transaction.
  5. Help and Opt-Out. Reply HELP at any time for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving further text messages from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt back in.
  6. Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be subject to delays or failures based on your wireless carrier's network availability.
  7. Sender ID Change Rights. We reserve the right to change the sender ID (short code, long code, or alphanumeric ID) used to send messages at any time.
  8. Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages you send or receive. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
  9. Third-Party Sharing. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Information may be shared with technology partners solely for the purpose of operating our messaging program (such as our SMS platform provider) and only as necessary to deliver the service.
  10. Cookies and Tracking. Where applicable, we may use cookie-based technology to track cart-abandonment or form-abandonment events and follow up via text or email, subject to your consent.
