A Montana land company that does things the right way.
We're a small team in Bozeman. Since 2016 we've bought land directly from the people who own it, more than 400 deals so far, with honest numbers and a local title company on every closing.

Why I do this work.
I'm Daniel Bear. I grew up in Powell, Wyoming, went to the University of Wyoming, and I live in Bozeman now. Land has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I started LandQuest Pro in 2016. Since then we've closed more than 400 land deals. A lot of them were parcels other buyers passed on: land with no recorded access, deeds that hadn't been updated in decades, ground split between heirs in four different states.
What I learned is that most landowners aren't looking for a gimmick. They want someone who will tell them the truth about their land, make a fair offer, and then do exactly what they said they'd do.
I want to be the person you'd call if your neighbor needed to sell.
We'll look at your land the way a Montanan would: access, water, power, covenants, what's happened nearby. Then we'll give you a number in writing and show you how we got there. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you that too.

Two people. Every seller talks to one of us.

Daniel Bear
Daniel started LandQuest Pro in 2016 and has closed more than 400 land deals since. He makes the offers, reads the county records, and talks with every seller who wants to talk.
He grew up in Powell, Wyoming, and lives in Bozeman. His focus is Montana land, especially the hard cases: inherited parcels, back taxes, and title or access problems.
"If I can't make the numbers work, I'll say so and point you somewhere better."
Call the office and ask for Daniel. He'll pick up or call you back.

Khrista Cabal
Khrista keeps every deal moving. She coordinates with title companies, tracks down documents and signatures, and makes sure every seller knows what's happening next.
She's also the one who digs into county records when a parcel's history is complicated: old deeds, missing heirs, liens nobody remembers.
"Khrista is the reason closings feel calm. Sellers always know where things stand."
If you call our office, there's a good chance Khrista is the one who picks up.

Selling land is the path to freedom from burdens.
- More money for retirement or new ventures.
- Stop paying taxes, insurance, HOA fees, and upkeep.
- Money to pay down debt, medical bills, or take a well-earned trip.
- Leave your family something more valuable than a costly piece of land.
What we stand on.
Straight talk.
We tell you what we see in your land, good and bad. If the number is lower than you hoped, we'll show you why. No sales scripts.
Do what we say.
If we tell you we'll call Thursday, we call Thursday. The price in the offer is the price at closing unless something real turns up, and if it does, we explain it.
Know the land.
Access, water, power, covenants, and county rules decide what Montana land is worth. We live here, so we've learned how those pieces fit together.
Who we work with.
Every closing runs through a local Montana title company. Along the way we lean on attorneys, surveyors, well drillers, septic pros, and county staff who know their corner of the state.
When title problems get serious, our sister company TitleQuest Pro handles the curative work so a sale can still happen.
We still buy some land in Texas, North Carolina, and Wyoming, but Montana is home.

A few honest numbers.
A few questions people ask about us.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, just ask.
